Rep training · built in

The habits that build a company, scored every day.

The difference between a roofing company that stalls and one that grows is what the reps do between 8 and 6. BuilTEN turns that into a game reps want to win — and gives you a clear view of who’s putting in the work.

How a day is scored

Four categories. Ten points. One clear picture of a good day.

Default targets for a sales rep. Each company can adjust its targets.

Built to be fair — so reps trust it.

Results over volume

Knocks are worth at most one point. Eighty knocks and no inspections only happens when nobody answers the door — that isn’t a good day, and the Daily 10 won’t pretend it is.

Private by design

A rep’s score is theirs. Other reps never see it. Owners and admins see every rep’s effort in one place — and reps are told that up front.

Weekends are a bonus

A week is 50 points across five workdays. Work a Saturday and it only adds. A 58-point hustle week is what a personal best should look like.

Honest days off

Reps and admins mark days off, and a day off scores nothing. A day that already has points can’t be marked off afterward to lower the target.

Personal bests

Best day, best week, best month — overall and by category — with this week shown against your best week. Every rep has someone to beat: themselves.

Counted from the real work

Points come from what actually happened in BuilTEN — an inspection with photos, a claim with a filed date, a logged conversation. Once per job per day. No double counting.

Badges, medals & Levels

Recognition that keeps reps coming back.

Commission is the reward at the end of the month. Badges are the reward today. Everything lives in each rep’s Trophy Room, and the big ones are celebrated on the Team Feed.

Badges that climb

Bronze for your firsts, then Silver, then Gold as the numbers grow — for inspections, claims, sales and more. Every badge posts to the Team Feed so the team can cheer it.

Monthly hustle medals

Earned fresh every month: a $10k month, $25k, $50k, $100k, all the way to $300k — and Daily 10 Month medals for averaging 7, 8, 9 and 9.5.

Trade badges

Shields for selling siding, gutters, windows and repairs — so reps grow the whole exterior business, not just roofs.

Levels 1–10

Early Levels come quickly to build confidence. The top Levels take a top rep about three years — attainable, respected, and worth showing off with an ornate frame.

Badge and Level thresholds are set by BuilTEN, the same for every company, so a Gold badge means the same thing everywhere. Levels and frames are never shown to homeowners.

AI pitch trainer

Practice doors before the real ones.

An AI homeowner answers the door with the objections reps actually hear. The rep talks or types the pitch. If it works, the homeowner agrees to the free inspection; if it doesn’t, the door closes. Then the pitch gets a score and specific coaching.

  • Talk or type, right on the phone
  • A score, what worked, what lost the door, and what to try next
  • Managers see every rep’s practice scores
  • Practice never counts toward the Daily 10 — it’s practice
For owners and sales managers

Your Monday meeting, already prepared.

See every rep’s week at a glance: who’s putting in the work, who’s slipping, and who just had a personal best. Coach to the numbers instead of the gut feeling.

  • An effort dashboard for every rep’s Daily 10
  • Leaderboards and team competitions you set up
  • A month-end recap of the team’s Daily 10
  • The Growth Wall: personal goals reps choose and log as they go

“Accountability only works if we let it. You measure what matters.”
