Why we built it

I’m Scott Gray. I train roofing sales reps. New reps spend their first 30 days with me, knocking doors and inspecting roofs, before they go out on their own. I still inspect roofs and sell jobs myself.

What I kept seeing was simple. A new rep who knocks, inspects and follows up every day becomes a great rep. A rep who skips those things, a little at a time, disappears. The CRMs we used could tell me what happened last month. None of them helped a rep have a good day today.

So I built one that does. BuilTEN scores every rep’s day on the work that actually grows a roofing company — inspections, advances, follow-up and prospecting. It lets reps practice their pitch against an AI homeowner before the real door. It rewards progress with badges, monthly medals and Levels that take a top rep years to reach. And it runs the whole job, from the first knock to the final payment, so none of it lives in a spreadsheet.
